Ms.C.Anuradha, C/o Sri C.Shesha Reddy, H.No.18-1-670, Bhavaninagar, Tirupathi filed an application dated 13.03.2006 before the Mandal Revenue Officer, Kadapa, Kadapa District under RTI Act requesting to provide certain copies of documents relating to FMB Sketches, Re-Survey and Re-Settlement Records of Budayapalli Village of Chinnkchowk Grampanchayat, Kadapa Mandal. Since, no information has been furnished by the PIO/Mandal Revenue Officer, Kadapa, Kadapa Disrict within the stipulated period the appellant made an appeal before the Appellate Authority / Divisional Revenue Officer, Kadapa. Since no information has been furnished by the 1st Appellate Authority under section 19(1), the appellant filed an appeal before the Commission vide her appeal dated 12.05.2006. The A.P. Information Commission, Hyderabad issued notices to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kadapa and to the Appellant on 12.06.2006 directing them to appear before the Commission on 20.07.2006. On the Notice of the Commission, the PIO immediately responded and furnished the information sought for by the Appellant with compliance to the Commission. The appellant vide her letter dated 14.07.2006, has applied to the Chief Information Commissioner, A.P. Information Commission, Hyderabad for withdrawal of her appeal against the PIO/ Mandal Revenue Officer, Kadapa.
